Please forgive the quality of the these photos,
they were all taken with a disposable or an aps camera,
i did not have my 'good' camera at the time!
Moeraki Boulders: On the south east coast of the
south island of New Zealand, there are giant round boulders.
Maori's believed that these were ancient baskets from
a ship wreck. Geologist say they were formed by the
composite minerals and crystals in the boulder.
Unofficial Boulder Recolation Programme: Whatever
the case, you will find that locals have a habit of
'boulder'-napping these stones. I saw several in the
near by town and one a bit south in Dunedin. I also
so a suspiciously similar boulder way up north in Auckland!
Milford Sound: Possibly the most stunning place
in all of New Zealand, and all the world, for that matter,
Milford sound exposes its steep fiords and crystal waters
for those you dare travel to the far reaches of this
world. Unfortunately my camera was lost after this,
which had most of my good pics of Milford Sound AND
NEW ZEALAND. #!$!@@*#!
